Big Sky Tech Consulting ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use bigskytechconsulting.com, call or text (406) 324-9404, or email us, and what we do with it. In short: we only collect what we need to help you, we don't sell it, and we don't use it for advertising.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, email, and anything you choose to share (phone, business name, message).
• Phone calls: your phone number, the time and length of the call. We don't record calls.
• Text messages: your phone number, the content of your messages, and any photos you send.
• Email: your email address and what you write to us.
• Basic technical data: like any website, our server logs your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, to keep the site secure and working.

How we use it

• To reply to you, schedule a walkthrough and work on your project.
• To keep a record of our conversations so we can help you better.
• To keep the website secure and fix problems.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you text us, we use your number only to reply to you about your inquiry or project. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. See our Terms for details.

Who helps us run things

We use a few trusted services that handle data only to provide their service to us:

• Telnyx: phone calls and text messages.
• Microsoft 365: email.
• Our own server in the United States: hosts the website and stores contact form messages, texts and call history.
• Google Fonts: loads the fonts on this site, which shares your IP address with Google.

We may also share information if the law requires it.

Cookies

The public website doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies, and we don't run analytics. The only cookie is a login cookie for our own admin area.

How long we keep it

We keep messages and call history as long as needed to work with you, and delete them on request unless we must keep them for legal or accounting reasons.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we have about you at any time. Email [email protected] or call (406) 324-9404.

Children

This site is for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
